
Renting Our Facility
​
We allow fellowship members, visitors and members of the public to rent our facility for events, including organization meetings, seminars, parties, weddings, etc. The "house side" of the building includes the community room, fellowship room, and fireplace room. The "sanctuary side" of the building includes the sanctuary and the fellowship room. Both sides include use of the kitchen and the restrooms.

SINGLE-EVENT RATES

1-3 hours: $100
3-6 hours: $200
6-10 hours: $300
$25 each additional hour

$75 each additional hour

MULTIPLE-USE RATES
​Discounts are given for multiple bookings (25% for 4+ in a 12-month period), and rates for nonprofit/support groups and sole proprietor businesses are negotiable.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is expected five days before the event, unless otherwise negotiated. Cash and checks are accepted; there is a fee of $25 for returned checks. Payment can be made online at http://donorbox.org/uufc; please click the box that says "Write us a comment" and then list your name and the date of your event in the field.​
